“Mom, did you see me smile? That’s because I was SO proud on the inside that it made me smile,” Wolf Performing Arts Center class participant.
Confidence, character, and creativity are at the heart of all programming at Wolf Performing Arts Center, a local nonprofit providing the community with theatre classes, performances, camps, and private lessons for children ages 3 – adult.
For more than 10 years, Wolf PAC has offered theatre classes to students with a desire to learn. All students are welcome regardless of experience, skill set, or learning abilities. Taking classes with Wolf PAC ensures children are provided with the tools to build independence and self-expression. Students will strengthen skills in collaboration, basic acting techniques, critical thinking, and appreciation of music. Students will learn how their voice, body, and imagination can create believable characters and scenes, enhancing confidence in performance. 
All staff members at Wolf PAC are professional actors and educators holding at least bachelor’s degrees in theatre, music, or education. On top of extensive theatre and education knowledge, staff members build curriculum of all classes, camps, performances, and private lessons with mind to incorporating inclusion practices.
Wolf PAC prioritizes inclusion to ensure a safe and accepting learning environment. Through professional development, sensory-friendly performances, and policies of acceptance, Wolf PAC provides accessible learning to hundreds of students and families every year.
Most recently, Operations Director Sarah Braverman and Programs Director Betsy Wolf Regn attended National Inclusion Project’s Power of Play Conference this March 30 and 31 in Raleigh, N.C. The two-day event focused on the “practices of building lifelong friendships for children, achieving positive behaviors, preventing and handling bullying, and creating accessible activities,” topics Wolf PAC has incorporated into its mission and will continue to build upon.
Courses offered this season include Zoo Escape, Broadway Showstoppers, Comedy Improv, Acting Technique, and many more.
