At YSC, the goal is not just the net. It’s about giving back to further the game we love by creating an inspirational environment, which fosters a love of sport while emphasizing an ethos of dedication, teamwork and excellence in players of all ages. Our state-of-the-art facility features two indoor soccer halls, lighted outdoor soccer fields, an innovative fitness training area, and multiple coaching and sports science training rooms. YSC is the Official Training Center of the Philadelphia Union Academy.
Youth soccer development is at the core of our mission, raising young talent for the future of Philadelphia soccer. YSC is committed to youth development and our soccer-philanthropic business model is designed to support Philadelphia’s future players. YSC reinvests 100% of its profits to fund YSC Academy, the first of it's kind, soccer specific high school for passionate student-athletes in grades 8-12.

PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
YSC's coaching curriculum (the "YSC Method") is based on extensive research in youth development and sport sciences, as well as direct observation of leading professional soccer academies in Europe and South America. At the core of the YSC Method is the belief that children can be taught to acquire both physical (technical) and mental (attitude or behavioral) skills to help them excel both on and off the field of play.
The YSC Method is embodied in our tag-line line phrase "dream...perform...excel", and has been incorporated into curriculum structure to ensure continuity in coaching delivery by our staff:
