Danny was only 5'3" as a Freshman in high school and rarely saw playing time at Plymouth Whitemarsh up until his senior year. As a result, he knows how it feels to be an undersized player and viewed as an underdog. He brings this underdog approach to his unique training style and strives to instill it into his athletes. After stepping away from the game and attending Penn State University for two years, he transferred to Moravian University to play Division III basketball where he was a 2 year starter and captain. Danny was named Landmark All-Conference Second team during his first full season as a Greyhound. Since founding Danny Cooper Basketball LLC back in 2017, Danny was able to successfully train athletes while being a college basketball player at the same time. He now takes his 7 years of training experience, including 50+ Professional/NBA players, along with 2 years of college basketball to provide the best possible experience.
